In order to provide the client with a much-needed state of the arts building for their large apartment complex, the former outdated clubhouse was demolished, and a new clubhouse was designed by JRP Architects to be an inviting environment that could provide for a wide variety of activities. The design includes something for everyone, with a youth game room for the younger set and a theater for residents of all ages. Additional amenities include a billiard room and a coffee shop where residents can relax and socialize. A community room functions to hold large events and a conference area can be used as a meeting room for various groups. Another integral part of the plan is a well-equipped gym. The plan provides transitional areas to the outdoor spaces and views of the fields and pool. The final project is a welcome amenity to the residential community.
